Registration Process

  • To register, please click “New registration” and enter the required information.

  • After completing registration, a confirmation screen will load. Please click the “Payment for the participation fee” button on that page, or follow the link in the Registration Confirmation email to pay the Participation Fee.

  • Please note that if we are unable to confirm receipt of payment before the start of EWALT2022, you will be unable to log in once the meeting has started.

Online Streaming Site Terms of Use and Recommended Settings

Terms of Use

  • Recording, downloading, or distribution of any part of the online streaming site, including the use of screen capture software, is strictly prohibited.
  • Please do not disclose your login ID or password to any third parties. Registration ID is only intended for use by the person who registered and may not be shared. Please make sure to make one registration per person before the meeting.
  • To view the streaming site please make sure to check the system requirements and use one of the recommended browsers. Please be aware that in case of high network traffic, the video may take time to load even when using one of the recommended browsers.

The following settings are recommended for use of the streaming site. If different settings are used, the site or some parts of the site may be unusable.

Internet Connection

An internet connection speed of at least 2Mbps is required for the video to load. If the internet connection is too slow, the video may be choppy or only audio will load. Even if the connection speed is above 2Mbps, you may experience interruptions in network stability due to network congestion. If this occurs, please check your connection. Please note that when viewing from an institution such as a school or hospital, the internet security settings in place may not allow for video streaming.
